Becoming a vendor at the Portland Tacos, Tequilas & Tamales Festival is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products to a vibrant crowd of food lovers. To get started, vendors must complete an online application, detailing the type of goods or services they offer, as well as meeting any health and safety regulations required by the festival. Spaces are limited, so it’s important to apply early to secure your spot. The festival team will review applications to ensure a diverse and high-quality lineup of vendors. Once accepted, vendors will receive further instructions about setup, operations, and promotion leading up to the event. Exhibitor parking passes provide in-and-out privileges for the duration of the event and are designed to streamline your arrival experience. Please note that exhibitor passes are valid per car and cannot be transferred to others.
Order Booth Services
Use our online exhibitor ordering center to request services like electricity, internet, water fill, natural gas, and AV equipment. Click the button below to place your orders and ensure your booth is fully equipped. To take advantage of discounted rates, please place your orders at least 21 days before the event. Late orders or day-of requests will incur higher charges for most services. Save money and ensure availability by ordering in advance!
