The box office onsite is open 2 hours prior to the starting time of the first show of the day and remains open until half an hour after the starting time of the last show of the day. 
The VIP tent opens 1 hour prior to the performance.

Parking
Purchase your Advance Parking Pass - BUY NOW 
Parking passes are $20
ADA parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please have your placard ready when you are in line and try to use parking booths 4 or 5. Parking staff will direct you where you need to go.
We suggest getting to the Expo Center at least 30 to 45 minutes before your showtime/VIP experience time so you can park and find your seats. Earlier if you want to enjoy the tent festivities before the show starts.
