The Portland Expo Center is bordered by North Force Avenue (west), North Marine Drive and the Columbia River (north), I-5 and the TriMet Expo Center Station (east), and North Expo Road (south). It has 5 main exhibit halls—Halls A and B in the north, and Halls C, D, and E to the south. Seven parking lots surround the site; Upper Lot 4 on the west provides direct loading dock access. A small greenspace called The Plaza lies east of Hall D, between Upper and Lower Lot 2.
